Handling urgent requests.
We understand that urgent matters can arise unexpectedly, even outside our scheduled working days. To ensure swift and efficient resolution our team has created a comprehensive action plan to address requests urgently and your needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Internal Point of Contact
Your staff should designate an internal point of contact responsible for assessing the urgency of the issue. This contact will determine whether the matter can wait until the next scheduled workday.
Timely response
Urgent requests will be addressed during our office hours in the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) timezone. These requests will consume a minimum of 2 hours. If we anticipate that a request will require more time, we will communicate this to you before commencing the work.
Our commitment
Our commitment is to address urgent requests within 1 business day. For example, if a case is lodged at 4:45 pm on a Monday, our goal is to have it completed by 4:45 pm on Tuesday.

The Salesforce certification process is rigorous and means only consultants that know what they are doing will pass. In addition, the consultants are retested with every release update (about 3 times a year). Using a certified Salesforce Consultant is the only way you are going to guarantee that you’ll get a quality job.
