We asked our staff what they wanted to do for our annual Christmas Party and the overwhelming response was to celebrate with a social conscience or in other words, to choose a venue that gives back.
We’re all aware that every action we take needs to be thought in terms of what impact it makes and many organisations, restaurants and not-for-profits are providing some great offerings that really put the feel good into the Christmas spirit.
If you’re wondering where to celebrate your Christmas function, here are a few resources that helped us:
Venues & Experiences
Goodsmiths brings together a range of social enterprises that help us celebrate in a way that helps others. www.goodsmiths.org
Gifts
Gifts4Good connects many charities to the one site so that you can find the right gift for the right person for the right charity. How cool is that! http://www.gifts4good.org.au/
Wine
Why not donate to your favourite charity when you purchase your wine from Goodwill Wine? The wine is top quality and the labels are personalised to your choice. www.goodwillwine.com.au
Feasts of Merit, Richmond
Our Christmas function is now booked and we’re starting to get into the final celebratory quarter of the year. It’s a busy time for everyone so now is a good reminder to contact us if you need support or a hand with your Christmas donations or sales plans. We’re all have Salesforce accreditation and a good understanding of how to get the most out of your campaign.
Cheers and celebrate with a good social conscience this year!
